I’m a happily single mother of two, soulful business mentor, dream doula, best-selling author and award-winning speaker with a big vision.

In 2014, I transitioned from the four walls of my wellness center, to a global coaching and mentorship business. Since then I’ve been blessed to support thousands of women with their dreams of entrepreneurship and soul-aligned living.
Life has changed over the past couple of years and I have changed too, my soul has called me to be even more deeply in alignment. Everything that was not me needed to fall away, so that I could step forward to be all of me. Letting go has been a process of deepening into self-love and expanding my capacity, perhaps you’ve been in a season of letting go, too?
Let go and let love, has been my guiding mantra.
Finding the Light
Years ago I was in a place of feeling so alone and sad that it felt hard to be in this world. I couldn't find hope or light within me. I believed dreams came true for *other* people. I believed in almost everyone, but myself. I also loved and cared for almost everyone, but myself. And then the call of my soul awakened me. It invited me to lean in and learn to let love lead me. It invited me to radically nourish myself and give to the world from my overflow. It continues to awaken and re-awaken me day after day and it is from that place of overflow that I share the work of my heart with the world.
These two remind me that life is meant to be joyful. They teach me to be present and in my body. They motivate me to say no to everything that doesn’t align with the energy of my soul and inspire me to show up each day with an open heart.
My Journey
From crafting handmade storybooks with my best friend in grade 2 to stepping into heels for the first time, just to go to the basement and answer phones for my step dad’s two-person computer programming firm, I always dreamed of being an entrepreneur!
When I was 17, just preparing to go to university, my step-dad died suddenly of a heart attack at only 39 years old and my world flipped upside down. I withdrew my university registration and booked a ticket to go to Jarabacoa, in the heart of the Dominican Republic, to volunteer - being of service while healing and connecting to my soul.
I had no idea what career path to choose. I knew that I wanted to help people to live happy, healthy lives, I just didn’t know how yet. I decided to become a Registered Nurse and ended up working in pallative care.
I loved working with patients, being there for the difficult times and holding space for them - it lit up my life and felt like soul work. But with hospitals always short-staffed, I couldn’t give patients the time and care they deserved. I burned out quickly and realized I wanted to offer people more.
I went back to school - again, and studied Naturopathic Medicine. I opened my own wellness centre and worked as a Naturopathic Doctor for 6 years. I loved having the time and energy to support people in the way they deserved to be supported. I was always drawn to the emotional and spiritual sides of healing - I valued understanding what was truly underneath of what was going on and healing from the core.
My heart was invested in supporting people to align with their souls and follow their dreams from a healed and nourished place.
As I grew and deepened as an entrepreneur myself, it lit me up more and more to support my clients with things like stepping into their worth, putting their gifts and passions out into the world, opening their hearts to abundance, following their dreams, saying yes to their souls and creating the life that they had always visioned for themselves. I think of myself now, like a dream doula.
There is nothing in the world like seeing the spark come back into someone's eyes, seeing them wholeheartedly move in the direction of their dreams and then - actually bring them to life!
After the birth of my son, something inside of me compelled me focus on that work full-time and to let go of every single thing that didn’t align with my soul.
Life has changed so much, but I am more me than ever before and it feels good. Life always seems to bring you home to yourself, if you allow it to.
My Soul Purpose is to lead by love.
It took me many years to accept and claim that. Today, I am here to support as you rise up to the call of your beautiful soul. I’m here for a world where we empower one another. A world where people choose to heal and transform their old stories and create what they desire, for themselves and for humanity. A world where inspired entrepreneurs across the globe wake up and give gratitude, feel so inspired and connected to their purpose that sometimes they have more energy than they know what to do with...because THAT is what happens when your soul is in alignment - when you are connected and excited about life...about your purpose, about your work, about your relationships.
I truly believe that when we step into our worth, we reflect worthiness into the world. When we choose to shine, we illuminate the pathway for others - no one needs to be in the darkness.
There is no separation. Business is not, and has never been, about getting higher than anyone else, it’s about rising together and uplifting everyone around us as we do. Reciprocity. Community. Connection. This is the kind of world we owe our children and our ancestors - I believe in us.
