1 x 60 minute foundations session to be used as our first call together

What’s Your Why?
Here is one of mine. Having children, changed everything for me. It came with this deep sense of responsibility to follow my dreams and be true to my own inner knowing because I knew that my children wouldn’t learn from what I said, but from what I did. It also taught me that life is meant to be enjoyed - that this moment right here, right now, is the most beautiful, most powerful moment.
We get to choose how we use our moments. Towards our dreams, or against them. Towards alignment, or away from it. Every moment is a chance to begin again.
